Businesses which regularly require a higher level of support over the month can elect to pay for one — or indeed, combinations of — the following plans.

Fine print:
- All prices stated include GST.
- These plans are priced and billed monthly, but run their duration until the end of a quarter year.
That is, a plan can commence (or can be increased) from the beginning of any month, but will remain in force until the end of that quarter.
- All plans include free telephone support (where practical and within reasonable limits).
- Any unused hours in a month can be used to purchase goods during that quarter.
e.g. a business on plan C has only consumed 15 of their "purchased" 25 hours during the month. They wish to purchase a laptop at this time so have an option of using the value of the remaining 10 hours to reduce the purchase price of the laptop by up to $500. Note: any further service provided in that month will be charged at the additional hours rate if all included hours are "cashed in".
