- These plans are billed and effective by calendar month
- Plans can be purchased at any time during the month, but the discounted hourly rates apply from the purchase date through to the end of the calendar month
- The equivalent value of any unused hours for the month can be credited towards other items purchased during that month
- All prices include GST at 15%
- Time charged in 30 minute blocks
- No call out fees apply, and 10 minutes travel each direction free of charge
- Travel time measured from closer of base location (Mt Eden, Auckland; or current location if after hours) and previous / next location.
- Travel time added to labour time before calculating the 30 minutes blocks.
- Surcharge of 50% applicable for jobs outside regular hours, being defined as 9:00am - 5:00pm Mon-Fri (holidays excluded).
