Positioning ourselves to offer help desk services for organisations which aren't large enough to have their own internal department, WnP provides support and advice for people and organisations who are interested in investigating more efficient ways to organise their information workflow. Common examples are design and implementation of database systems, Applescript automation and network building (including integrated networks of Mac OS and Microsoft Windows systems).

Often the solution simply entails showing users how to make the most of the technology already available on their machines with no extra purchases required.

If you ever find yourself faced with a tedious or repetitive task and think there must be an easier way, don't hesitate to call and see if we can devise one for you.

Service rates

A two tiered charging scheme provides discounted rates to home users and small businesses who are unable to claim a tax deduction on their expenses. Non-profit organisations also qualify for the discounted rates.

For larger organisations, pricing plans are available where hours can be reserved in advance at discounted rates.
