  • Home user rates also apply to charities and businesses who can't claim GST. The purpose is to benefit customers who can't deduct work done as an expense.
  • First 10 minutes of travel to and from site free.
  • Additional travel added to time
  • Business hours are 9am-5pm, Mon-Fri. Work requested outside those hours (or on public holidays) will be charged at 1.5x.

Frequently Asked Questions

How does remote support work?

Where possible, we use Apple's screen sharing feature built into Macs, iPhones and iPads, falling back to phone instruction if that's not possible.

With screen sharing, you can control under our instruction, or you can choose to take your hands off the wheel and offer us control – as good as us being there.

What if you can't fix my issue?

We believe in being reasonable. If we feel that we could have done better, we'll offer an ex-gratia discount on the cost that feels fair.

Do you offer support packages?

Yes! For businesses that need ongoing support, we offer monthly retainer packages with discounted rates for specified minimum hours. Contact us for details.
